DIRECTIONS:
Boston Design Center is located in the Marine Industrial Park. The park is in the 600 block of
Summer Street. Drivers traveling east on Summer Street from the South Station area, cross over
the Summer Street Bridge and travel approximately 1.25 miles. The entrance to the Marine
Industrial Park is on your left. The street entering the park is Drydock Avenue. Boston Design
Center is the second building on the right.
There is
a parking lot on your right in front of the building and a parking
garage across the street from the lot.
From
The North
Heading southbound on Interstate 93 Boston, take Exit 22, South Station. Pass through two sets
of lights and at the top of the exit ramp take the first left onto Summer Street. Follow Summer Street
eastbound; proceed on Summer Street for approximately 1.25 miles. The entrance to the Marine
Industrial Park is on your left (Drydock Avenue), Boston Design Center is the second building on
the right.

1 South to the Tobin Bridge, Follow signs for 93 South and follow
directions above.

From the Logan International Airport and Rte. 1A South
Follow the signs towards I-90 West - Ted Williams Tunnel. Take the Ted Williams Tunnel to Exit 25.
At the top of the ramp, take a right onto Congress Street. At the end of Congress Street take a
right onto D Street. At the first intersection, take a Left onto Summer Street. Proceed on Summer
Street for approximately 1/8 mile. Take a left into the Marine Industrial Park (Drydock Avenue),
Boston Design Center is the second building on the right.
From
The West via the Mass Turnpike
Follow the Massachusetts Turnpike East/Interstate 90 East to Exit 25 - South Boston. At the top of
the ramp, take a left, then the first right onto Congress Street. At the end of Congress Street take a
right onto D Street At the first intersection, take a Left onto Summer Street. Proceed on Summer
Street for approximately 1/8 mile. Take a left into the Marine Industrial Park (Drydock Avenue),
Boston Design Center is the second building on the right.
From
The West via Storrow Drive
Take Storrow Drive East to Leverett Circle and follow signs for Interstate 93 South/Logan Airport.
Once on Interstate 93 South, follow directions from "Points North" above.
From
The South via I-93
Heading northbound on Interstate 93 towards Boston, take Exit 20, immediately after Exit 18.
Follow the signs to "I-90 East" and "South Boston". Take the "South Boston" exit to the
intersection of Congress/East Service Road. Take a right onto Congress Street. At the end of
Congress Street take a right onto D Street. At the first intersection, take a Left onto Summer Street.
Proceed on Summer Street for approximately 1/8 mile. Take a left into the Marine Industrial Park
(Drydock Avenue), Boston Design Center is the second building on the right.
From
Back Bay
Follow Boylston Street past the intersection of Tremont through Chinatown. Veer left at the 3rd
traffic light. At the second traffic light, take a right onto Summer Street. Follow the above directions.
Parking
Boston Design Center maintains an automated parking lot system in front of the BDC. Payment for
parking is done, before leaving the building, at the Reception Desk. Hourly rates apply from 9 a.m.
to 8 p.m. Prepaid parking passes to the trade are available through the Management Office for
your convenience.
EDIC maintains a covered parking facility, opposite the BDC lot, on Drydock Avenue for
daily/monthly parking.
No parking is permitted in the front courtyard
or on either side of the Design Center. Violators will be
towed.
